What is this project about?
B Corp certification isn't just a badge — it's a rigorous third-party verification that a company meets the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. Getting certified is a serious undertaking.
I contributed to PALO IT's B Corp certification process as a core team member, and as a facilitator of Digital Collage Workshops — a climate awareness exercise designed to engage employees and stakeholders in the sustainability conversation. It's one thing to pass the certification. It's another to make sustainability part of how the company actually thinks.
