What is this project about?
Gen-e2 (Generative AI Enhanced Engineering) is PALO IT's flagship AI-first methodology — a complete reimagining of the product development lifecycle around AI orchestration, not just AI-assisted coding.
As the Gen-e2 HK Champion, I lead the methodology's R&D and adoption for the Hong Kong office. That means defining how AI agents are prompted, reviewed, and integrated into the full development lifecycle — and translating those learnings into reusable frameworks that other engineers can pick up and run with.
Beyond internal R&D, I've facilitated 5+ client-facing workshops averaging 9.78/10 satisfaction with an 80% conversion rate to active pilot engagements. The methodology has since been adopted across multiple client projects and expanded into enterprise-scale enablement.
Takeaway #1: 🏗️ Methodology compounds faster than individual skill
Training one person to be better is linear. Building a methodology that makes an entire team better is exponential. The most impactful thing I've done at PALO IT is not the code I've written — it's the frameworks I've built that let others deliver at the same level.
Takeaway #2: 📢 Proof beats evangelism
Nobody truly believes in AI-enhanced development until they see it work on a real project under real constraints. Every workshop and pilot I've run has been more convincing than any slide deck.
