✅ Designed entry-level and advanced Gen-e2 workshop modules for both technical and non-technical teams
✅ Facilitated all workshops personally, adapting delivery to diverse knowledge levels
✅ Achieved a 9.31/10 average satisfaction rating across all sessions
What is this project about?
Building on the success of the Gen-e2 Enablement engagement, I was tasked with scaling the Gen-e2 methodology across OOCL's entire firm — not just engineering teams, but non-technical teams as well. This required translating a technically complex AI-first delivery methodology into something accessible to everyone.
I designed two full workshop modules from scratch: an entry-level module for teams new to Gen-e2 and AI-augmented work, and an advanced module for teams ready to go deeper on orchestration and AI-driven delivery. I facilitated every session personally, adapting the material in real time to different audiences and knowledge levels.
The reception exceeded expectations — across all workshops I ran, I averaged a 9.31 out of 10 satisfaction rating.
Takeaway #1: Teaching a methodology forces you to understand it at a depth that pure delivery work doesn't
Teaching a methodology forces you to understand it at a depth that pure delivery work doesn't — designing these workshops sharpened my own mental model of Gen-e2 significantly.
Takeaway #2: Non-technical audiences respond better to outcome-first framing than process-first
Non-technical audiences respond better to outcome-first framing than process-first — leading with 'here's what changes for you' unlocks the conversation better than 'here's how it works'.
